no way this is real, right? lol

This is strange post. That man has actully fashioned his hair and wearing that beard and he has trimmed it.

But the fact that this is posted by someone ruled by the Ayatullah himself is just strange

These are not or were not the Sports ministers of IRAN but the two most senior leaders of the country.

You are way to paranoid to see the clear picture.

Syria will experience atleast 20-30 years of peace from here on out.

This generations wars is over here and now. This is the final chapter for them and Syria will not see another conflict for about another 20-30 years from now and maybe even more
Brother, you don't seem to understand what Syria has been through, and you don't seem to recognize how Israel has been acting either. That's not me being paranoid, that's me seeing the reality of our situation. It's easily for people outside our region to brush these issues off, but we're not dealing with the same realities. We have a different situation and neighbourhood dynamics to deal with, and we need to be on high alert with all the threats that surround us. Saying that I'm being paranoid when you have no idea what Israel has been doing in our Southern border and how they're messing with our country is frankly you being completely ignorant of the scale of the problems we contend with every day.

I haven't been updating this thread about every single thing that's been happening in Syria because that's impossible and a full time job, I can't do that. But Israel has been raiding our southern Quneitra province and harassing us and conducting military operations there for more than a year, and continue to expand there:

These are just in the past week alone. And this harassment and low level military engagements have been happening every single week to our people. Every week. They've kidnapped and killed many of our citizens, destroyed their farmlands and property, and they've bombed us all over the country hundreds of times in the past year alone.

They've destroyed 80% of our army's heavy weaponry and advanced systems and large military stock piles with bombing raids since Assad was deposed, and they keep on doing it on regular basis anytime they see us build up of any military stock pile. They've prevented us from putting down the Sweida rebellion that we were easily going to crush because they intervened and bombed our forces, and promised to invade to stop us from dealing with that threat for good, because they want to keep that conflict open for them to exploit and destabilize us with it. They've even fired warning shots at army convoys that goes a little too far south for their liking, in our fucking country, because they want to impose by force, unilaterally, an entirely new no-military zone on us in our entire southern province. They've also taken over and occupied the very strategic Mount Hermon, the mountains that overlooks Damascus directly and have placed heavy artillery there, so they have a clear an easy way to target and destroy the capital if they chose to.

So respectfully, you have no idea what type of threats and challenges we face, they've been taking more and more territory in a slow crawl that's never reported by news media, and they continue to build more and more military bases there and bring in more troops and heavy assets. You just seem to be completely ignorant of the realities we face, and it's easy for you to do that when it's not your country that's being harassed and bombed every day, or your people being killed and under threat from foreign powers at your doorstep. That's not paranoia, that's just not being naive and realizing the challenges we directly face. I wish we had a period of 20-30 years of stability and peace, but Israel is not going to let that happen.

Nobody wants to go all out war with Syria especially Israel. They will pull out of all these buffer zone. There is an agreement treaty in place and deconfliction process plus the Hijri elements will either be bussed out to the golan heights or face the music there is no other alternatives in between this is basically a red line for Syria.

I can tell you that nobody is willing to fight Syria for Syria´s redlines as long as it is within syrian territory.

But in 20-30 years perhaps there is a possibility of conflict if the current world order collapses that would be the main factor that could force the entire region into an all out conflict. You will see countries who has never gone to war go to war on that day nations like Jordan, Egypt etc etc everyone in the reigon and in the world.

But as of right now no.. Syria and Israel will not go into an all out war this is distant.

Wars at that scale don´t happen over minor stuff

Why has America abandoned the SDF now?The strategic value diminishes with the end of the "war against ISIS,"and the shift to a struggle for influence with Damascus makes the SDF more of a burden than an ally. Was the SDF just a "temporary tool"?Or will Washington leave it to face its fate alone?#قسد #SDF #أمريكا #

I hope you are right, but I'm not nearly as optimistic given the belligerence of Israel, whose already invaded and doesn't seem keen on reversing course any time soon. Time will tell, but we need to be prepared for that possibility regardless, things can turn southward very quickly in our neck of the woods when Israel is your direct neighbour. They love creating chaos and destruction.

Everyone loves chaos to their enemies but only when they don´t create it for themselves but they simply don´t have the manpower for such a prolonged conflict with Syria. It is not feasible imho. They can´t take anything from syria outside of material damage but Syria is to vaste plus they struggled with Hamas in a place smaller then one district in Islamabad.

Plus the Americans don´t want them to miscalculate and dance their way into a silly eternal war that the odds is against them, the longer such war goes. Besides Syria has other interests currently which is why the US can strike a treaty that would be mutually beneficial to both sides avoiding unnecessary destructive and prolonged conflict but a treaty which will stand for long time ala like the Jordan and Egyptian one.

That map is not up to date, after the latest pause in operations, the MOD moved into territory that was already captured by the tribemen and consolidated there, specifically in northern Hasakah region. We are very close to reaching the very northern tip of the province and sealing off all border crossings with Iraq, which we absolutely need to do first and foremost once the 4 day grace period expires to prevent any cross border terrorists from infiltrating into Hasakah and reinforcing the YPG/PKK.

Here is the updated map with the frozen front lines, fighting has currently ceased for the most part:

Looks like the YPG/PKK just refuses to honour a single commitment they ever make. Renewed clashes have been reported around Sarin, Ayn Al-Arab countryside.

I appreciate the fact that they are sabotaging the only hope they've got for survival, and forcing the hand of the overly conciliatory government to decisively finish them off for good. Committing self sacrifice in service of their extremist ideology is the one thing I was counting on to force Sharaa to end this threat completely while he has all the military advantage and international backing.

Clashes have renewed between the Syrian Arab Army and the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militias on the Sarin junction front in the Ain al-Arab countryside"
