The Qur’an does not enjoin adherence to a particular school of thought or sect. The Four Imams forbid blind following and never consider how the proponents of heresy and oppression can use the actions of the imams to proselytize.Religious discussions are not allowed but I will reply to your false narrative once. You claim salafism doesn't follow any shaykh etc and do not follow 4 school of thoughts. But the Quran you claim to follow is translated by some modern shaykhs, so you actually follow the interpretation of your Shaykh and peer. The 4 school of thoughts are the real followers of Salaf since the great Imams were themselves SALAF. Salafism is moderm Islam, not old Islam, this is why it keeps evolving, and has over 100 terorrist organisations around the world, bombing innocent people, causing rebellions, holy wars, destroying mosques, Islamic history, attacking shrines and killing 1000s. Its a modern khawarij ideology. May Allah Azzawajal show light of Islam to everyone. Ameen.
If a hadith comes from a scholar other than the one you believe in, or if the interpretation of the companions agrees with what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, it is obligatory to follow it. If you have narrated something authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), you should stop contradicting each other and follow the hadith.
Young people today practice religion that is consistent with authentic scripture, based on reason, logic, and evidence. This means that if a hadith is narrated by a scholar, or if the interpretation of the companions agrees with what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, you should follow that hadith. If you have authentic narration from the Prophet (pbuh), you should ignore contradictions and follow the hadith.
For example, did the Prophet (pbuh) celebrate his birthday? Did the Companions observe it? Did the Salaf respect it? No. Give me a hadith or verse in the Qur'an that mentions such a festival. But you can’t, because there is no such grace. Therefore, because it is new, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned us against new inventions. These practices are alien influences from alien philosophies.
Sunni Islam believes in the Atari creed and strives to follow the religion of the first generation (Salaf), the purest form of Islam. This religion is a true Sunni sect because it follows a pure and ancient religion. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) described the path of the true believers as "what I am upon and what my immidiate followers are upon" The Prophet (peace be upon him) is the best and the purest, bringing the Muslim community closer to the true religion, which in turn leads Muslims to God.
