On 28 June 2022, the United Nations Human Rights Office (OHCHR) stated that at least 306,887 civilians had been killed in Syria during the conflict between March 2011 and March 2021. Remember at it's peak isis was controlling majority of Syria.

So no your number is wrong. ISIS had done countless of atrocities themselves too. So all the blame shouldn't be on Assad alone but he should've stepped down after the civil war ended to make way for a United Syria. I guess it's too late now.
