He said that at the last of offensive of rebels, Turkey convinced Iran and Russia to not interfere.

"We believe that the YPG will no longer find a good ground. Eliminating the YPG, removing it, is our strategic goal.
Either they disband themselves, or they will be disbanded, meaning they will cease to exist. While eliminating the YPG, no harm should come to the Kurds there.
There should be no pressure from Arabs on Kurds, nor from Kurds on Arabs. The new administration needs to be careful about this issue.
I see that HTS is also aware of this. Our suggestions are in this direction.
In the first phase, foreign elements within the YPG/PKK must leave the country (Syria), and the PKK cadres coming from Turkey, Iraq, Iran, and Europe must leave the country as of today.
In the second phase, all the command levels of the YPG, including the Syrians, must leave the country.
Later, the non-PKK cadres should lay down their arms and return to their normal lives, integrating into the new administration and continuing their lives within a unified Syria.
Thousands of children and people live in ISIS camps. Most of them are Iraqi and Syrian. Iraq and Syria need to come together as soon as possible and decide what to do about this. As the government has taken its seat in Syria, a solution must be found for the al-Hol camp.
This terrorist organization (YPG/PKK), which serves as a guard, is still blackmailing the international system today. They say, 'If you touch us, the fight against ISIS will be disrupted.' What they mean by this is, 'If you touch us, I will release all the ISIS prisoners.'
While Western countries are being blackmailed, they come to Turkey and say, 'Don't conduct operations here, our fight against ISIS will be affected.'
What the PKK has been doing for years is guarding the ISIS prisoners. They are the guards of Guantanamo that were formed in Syria.
The US was temporary in this, but they have prolonged it quite a bit. With strategic patience, we have managed this threat for ourselves while managing our relationship with the Americans, and we have come this far.
But from now on, there is an independent actor. Syria now has a national government. They will come, they won’t recognize the YPG or any other power, and they will take back their sovereignty.
Let the PKK members come to Syria, let them come from all countries, take the oil here, sell it abroad, pocket the money, and manage the organization from here – no one will accept this."

You should know who the enemy is.yeah Assad was a good boy, you totally weren't getting embarrassingly double timed, I fully expect Tehran to release an official message that Yeah guys, we invested so much into this Rat, and then in the end he tried getting rid of us when he felt he didn't need us in a deal with the Emiratis, when we got thousands of fighters killed for him and the money and the oil etc etc.
