The name of the state is the Syrian Arab Republic
Religion to the head of state is Islam
Islamic jurisprudence is the primary source of legislation
Declaration on the rights of opinion, expression, media, publishing and press
The People's Assembly has the right to summon and interrogate ministers
Ensuring the right of ownership and the right of women to participate in work and science
Leave the matter of isolating the president, dismissing him, or reducing his powers to the People's Assembly
Disolve the existing constitutional court
Determine the period of the transitional phase to five years
Control the declaration of the state of emergency with the approval of the National Security Council and the mortgage of its extension with the approval of the People's Assembly.
