Syrian Civil War and The future of Syria after liberation

Israel is literally attacking Syria and these Iranian trolls rather than showing solidarity are cheering on the Israelis. Just shows you their true colors. When push comes to shove the Safavids as usual pick the side of the Zionists over Sunnis.

This is why the whole of the middle east is such a cluster f--k of a disaster area within continual tribal infighting while the house burns... continual bickering of such a binary decision making process without stepping back and thinking of the bigger picture.

The whole Iran/Turkey thing is absurd to me right now ( and be under no illusion, i dislike the finger pointing motorcycle riders more than anything, but it is done ... )

There should be one goal here, a single, united and whole Syria as defined by its international borders. People need to unite and focus on that.

If I am not wrong, 60 percent of the Israeli army is Druze. A pact signed by Jews to Druze tribes long time ago.

Let's see expansion of turkey going to defend Muslim world or not because now turkey is around now. Its borders are unscured after the fall of Syria. In history they have extended themselves to the Arab world and then their expansion made Europe to run to Australia America to colonize those places. If turkey controls Syria and stop expansion of Israel, it will be good for rest of Arabs because there will be another strong Islamic country at least similar to ottomans
Turkey's expanding role in Syria has reignited discussions about its potential to lead the Muslim world, reminiscent of the Ottoman Empire's historical influence. Following the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime in December 2024, Turkey has emerged as a dominant force in the region, leveraging its strategic position and historical ties to assert influence over Syria's future.

Ankara's primary objectives in Syria include preventing the establishment of a Kurdish autonomous region along its border, facilitating the return of Syrian refugees, and supporting a unified Syrian state under Islamist leadership. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has firmly opposed any moves toward decentralization in Syria, particularly those advocated by Kurdish groups such as the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which Turkey associates with the PKK, a designated terrorist organization .

Turkey's involvement in Syria also serves to counterbalance Israeli influence in the region. Tensions have escalated as Israel continues its military operations in Syria, prompting Turkey to advocate for the withdrawal of Israeli forces and an end to airstrikes . This stance positions Turkey as a defender of Syrian sovereignty and, by extension, a protector of broader Muslim interests in the Middle East.

The historical context of the Ottoman Empire's expansion into the Arab world and its subsequent influence on global geopolitics underscores the significance of Turkey's current actions. By establishing a strong presence in Syria, Turkey not only secures its borders but also reasserts itself as a central player in regional affairs. This resurgence may offer the Arab world a powerful ally capable of countering external influences and promoting stability.

In conclusion, Turkey's strategic maneuvers in Syria reflect a broader ambition to lead and defend the Muslim world. By addressing security concerns, opposing foreign interventions, and supporting a unified Syrian state, Turkey positions itself as a pivotal force in shaping the future of the Middle East.

Is this rise off another Ottoman empire against greater Israel?

Does turkey going to unify Islamic world similar to Ottoman empire they did in history.. They United them when they expanded to Arab world and United those Arabs under their arm and then the ottoman empire for ruled the world for 700 years

The people did what they wanted yes,but the leader had a responsibility for calling the people to go up against tanks and soldiers just like that, without regard for their safety.

As he should, Gulenists tried stealing the country, what you want? people to stay home and sleep through it? lol, Tayip showed leadership in organizing and uniting people and crushing the putschists.

thank you for showing your true colours.

What colors? I'm just stating facts and that Iran did nothing about it, not even able to diplomatically manuever to get the US to leave Iraq via allies in Iraq. Thats how I knew Nasrallah getting offed, Iran wouldn't do shit either. We are still waiting for "True Promise 3"

They withdrawn nowing that their lackeys in the Turkish backed HTS will be doing thevfootwork for them in Syria.

They are withdrawing under Turkish lobbying of Trump. Turkey told Trump whatever happens with Daesh, Turkey will take responsibility for it and deploy as many troops as needed, along with a regional coalition of Iraq and Jordan. Turkey set up a quadrilateral format to handle it. They also told the US that the PKK needs to go, and if it doesn't Turkey will intervene, Trump decided that is Turkey is promising to handle Daesh along with the 3 other countries and that he doesn't want US troops involved in the middle of any conflict with the PKK, and the US withdrawal serves as leverage to push the PKK to make a deal with the new govt in Damascus. Thats how you do diplomacy, you create diplomatic solutions backed by military strength.

The day you takfiri idiots ever decide to fight Israel, you will see how ee will support you , but alas you will never lift a finger against your zionist masters. Your swords are only sharpened for the necks of Syrian minorities!

I haven't takfired anyone my Safavid friend.
