Don’t disagree it’s not really a relevant group maybe less than a thousand spread out between Syria and Lebanon but come on dude jolani is more interested in rounding up guys probably in their 40s to 60s who are still part of this group for a small allowance to survive I have yet to see him respond even seriously to Israeli actions on territory he claims is his……..Houthi are showing up everyone they’re not on the borders of Palestine and are begging for Israelis to come on their shores I think we might see that happen soon

Houthis have an extensive ballistic missile capability supplied by Iran. They have largely consolidated the territory they control and in terms of pressure from Israel believe it or not, they are less pressed b/c of distance.

Syria currently does not have a capacity to retaliate, and in many ways being baited into attacking Israel might not be the best idea, especially when they are looking for a reason. There is currently a whole lot of pressure on multiple fronts and difficult to manage.

The negotiations between the Syrian government and the PKK/SDF militia continued regarding the Tishreen Dam, and according to the initial reports matters in great progress.

• In the city of Aleppo, the agreement in the neighborhood of Sheikh Maqsoud and Al -Ashrafieh is continuing, and soon the prisons whitening will be completed.

• Negotiations are currently progressing between the two parties, this is if there is no emergency or stumbling around one of the items.

The statements of the Sheikh of the city of Jaramana to the Almohads Druze sect, during a meeting with the Lebanese newspaper "Al -Modon"

I do not like talking about Jaramana as a mere city of the sect, but rather I see it as part of the comprehensive Syrian homeland.

We believe in a democratic civil state that guarantees the rights of everyone, and we refuse to divide because it is an introduction to weakness and fading.

We participated in the liberation process, and we were not an exhaustion of the previous authorities.

We assured the new authorities that our destination is Damascus, and that we are with reform and against sabotage and killing.

The authority informed us that Jarameh was for its people, and they remain in it and will not leave it.

The peculiarity of Jaramana, near her to Damascus, makes our natural choice to communicate with the capital.

We do not accept the slogan "Whoever liberates decides", because Jaramana was almost liberated before the arrival of the new administration.

There is coordination between the spiritual body and the civil action committee and public security to control the city's security.

We do not take Netanyahu's statements to protect the Druze seriously, and no one has asked him to protect us.

The visit of some sheikhs to Israel was religious, not political, and does not represent the sect.

We issued a fatwa that the abuser has no cover, even if he is from the sect or from the family.

We refused to join the capital, because the current situation serves the interest of Jaramana and Damascus together.

well honestly like I said Houthis showing absolutely no fear give them that and not even talking about large scale retaliatory attack by jolani forces we both know they don’t have that capability but at least confront them with small group even Hamas can snipe a few idf soldiers.
Just got to say this the poorest of Arab and Muslim world is a lion no fear give them that if we had arab and Muslim countries with leaders who show no fear and who have weapons that could actually tilt the balance of power we really wouldn’t be this weak as we are now.

They have distance and long range capability, and hardened infrastructure from a decade of a high intensity was with the Saudi/UAE coalition. Houthis right now are the strongest non state actor, possibly even stronger than Hezbollah was before the conflict in southern lebanon. They manufacture their own missiles in mountain complexes and have air defense and significant anti ship capabilities and a 200,000 man army.

Yes I understand all that but that hasn’t stopped them from bombing or attempting to bomb Israel or American assets while being attacked daily by American/european and yes Arab forces who are either helping logistically or actively bombing for all we know

Syria will get electricity and gas from Turkey.

He hasn't alienated anyone in Lebanon and has always been ardently anti zionist. and for the territorial integrity of all the Arab states.

Everyone know he is a trustworthy and respectful man, no matter if you are aligned with the March 8th alliance in Lebanon or the March 14 alliance in Lebanon.
he supported syria then he become against syria , he supported hezbollah , then become against hezbollah , then again supported hezbollah , then again become against them.
he allied himserf wit hariri then become against him
