Taiwan's territorial claims

all faked to fool people
Putin presents a map to the public to prove that Ukraine does not exist. but the map shows the name Ukraine on it. but not Russia. following his logic, Russia does not exist. Putin is a psycho.
on topic, of course TW can claim what they want, even say they invented dinosaurs.

I think you are don't understand that map, it is showing Ukraine as within the Russian Empire which is actually true. Ukraine had never been independent until after the Soviet collapse. The problem with the Russians were they thought the Ukraines were their brethren, so they didn't want to be calculative and gave them autonomy even Crimea was given as a sign of their union.

What a brain dead logic
You want a total war?
There are 100 countries or more that came into existence after 1945.
You want war against Indonesia?
It’s not about Crimea. Putin wants Ukraine in the gas chambers. And Ccp supports him.

Chill bro, I have no idea why you are so angry. Ukraine to Russia is almost the same as Taiwan to China, but in our case our territory is still within ONE CHINA officially, while for Russia, they did the mistake of splitting up Ukraine and Belorussia. America wants global powers to split, they want EU destabilized, they want Russia destabilized and China destabilized. It is the old Anglo way of divide and rule.

Taiwan is irrelevant as military power that’s why nobody makes a fuss. Do you think anyone in Vietnam takes the Taiwanese army seriously?
Sure they can claim what they want.
Then come and take it.
Taiwanese army can beat Vietnamese army anytime, no kidding, except for the battle at Taiping island in SCS if Vietnam want to first invade, it probably can take the island, but can you hold on ?

Outer Manchuria had originally been Russian land which was invaded and stolen by Manchus. Russia took it back in the 1800s.
Not true, Russia took Outer Mongolia in the 20th century, before it was part of Ching China. Are you of Russian heritage ?

Mongolia under Qing rule was the rule of the Manchu-led Qing dynasty of China over the Mongolian Plateau, including the four Outer Mongolian aimags (a.k.a. "leagues") and the six Inner Mongolian aimags from the 17th century to the end of the dynasty. The term "Mongolia" is used here in the broader historical sense, and includes an area much larger than the modern-day state of Mongolia.

How can Taiwan defeat Vietnam if both Taiwan and Vietnam lack the capability for expeditionary warfare?

Stop making up history. Outer Manchuria is historically Nenets land before Manchus invaded in the 1600s. Manchu heartland is in what is today Heilongjiang province.

Who is making up history ?

Outer Manchuria,[3][4][1][2][5] sometimes called Russian Manchuria, refers to a region in Northeast Asia that is now part of the Russian Far East[1] but historically formed part of Manchuria (until the mid-19th century). While Manchuria now more normatively refers to Northeast China, it originally included areas consisting of Priamurye between the left bank of Amur River and the Stanovoy Range to the north, and Primorskaya which covered the area in the right bank of both Ussuri River and the lower Amur River to the Pacific Coast. The region was ruled by a series of Chinese dynasties and the Mongol Empire, but control of the area was ceded to the Russian Empire by Qing China during the Amur Annexation in the 1858 Treaty of Aigun and 1860 Treaty of Peking,[6] with the terms "Outer Manchuria" and "Russian Manchuria" arising after the Russian annexation. The same general area became known as Green Ukraine after a large number of settlers from Ukraine came to the region.

If they choose to fight halfway between the two countries somewhere in SCS.

The russians stole Manchuria and Mongolia, but it’s karma. now Ccp takes revenge. Chinese communists now have Russia as cheap gas station, cheap market. Who knows, when Putin gets desperate he needs money he will sell it back to China.

Mongolia's only valuable asset is its mines, which can only be sold cheaply to China. Because it has no ports, it has only two neighbors, and the other neighbor, Russia, is also a country that sells ore to China.
For us Chinese, we get what we want whether Mongolia is an independent country or not.
And if Mongolia becomes a Chinese territory, we need to consume the central treasury to alleviate poverty in Mongolia, we have to employ Mongolians at Chinese wage levels (Mongolians are paid less than one-tenth of Chinese workers), and we have to help Mongolia to treat its desertified grasslands. This group of Mongolians may also bring separatist terrorists and bring chaos to our society.
So you tell us, why are we going to annex Mongolia? Just for the map?

PRC brought shame to Chinese nation by accepting Mongolia secession.

I look it little differently. Mongolia and maybe alongside North Korea are only two foreign countries that are "critical" to China's security, esp to the capital area and so close to China's heartland North Plain, country like Vietnam is not., that's why China went out all the way to fight and chase out US and UN armies in North Korea even with such disparity of forces. So, it's better for China to gain control of Mongolia from security point. Mongolia has only 3.5 million people, so it costs China little financially to bring their living standard to ordinary Chinese. Treating desertification in Mongolia is also good for the environ in North China. The only problem is if China incorporate Mongolia back into China, the Mongolians may create trouble by starting separatist movement and stir up Inner Mongolia too. Another caution is Russia maybe be not happy with such incorporation, so care must be taken if the process is ever going to take place, maybe sometime in the future.

Russia's Siberian Railway is thinner than chopsticks and has an annual transportation capacity of only 450,000 TEUs. Russia's Far Eastern Primorsky region also has a population of only 1.86 million. There is no way that these things alone can threaten China.

But, if some country gain control of Mongolia and station large number of troops there, the whole northern half of China is under serious threat as happened in the Soviet era, that's why Deng insisted to Gorbachev that Soviet army had to withdraw from Mongolia as a precondition for normalization of relation between the two countries. So, it's better for China to gain control of Mongolia and North Korea too, better safe than sorry.
