Air defence systems like S300 etc wont be an issue for PAF to take in a single day. These systems need proper stationing and support which make tjem visible and easy to be taken out.
But manpads will be a problem because You dont know where are all of them . And this may damage our drone warfare in Afghanistan.

That being said, I believe it's just a wish of TTA, no deal or offer from Russian side yet.
