Pakistan security forces (Army, Paramilitary, LE conducted 93,515 IBOs during Jan 2024, of which 52, 887 were inside Balochistan). In 2024 the security forces killed 1018 terrorists, out of which 233 were killed in Balochistan.

In 2025 until May - Pakistan Security Forces have killed 747 terrorists and out of this figure 203 were killed in Balochistan.
