For sure, now looking very likely Turkiye going from 90s tech Block 52 F-16s as its current cutting edge to squadrons of Kaans, Eurofighters and F-35s in 5 years.
That will be a very very powerful air force. They get the ingration, EW, AEW, High altitude SAMs and sat coverage right, I would say they could match Israel easily.
