TF-X / KAAN / Hürjet Turkish Fighter & Trainer Aircrafts News & Discussions

KAAN is made of 5th gen latest technology

Old technology RAFALE can not detect the KAAN from the front at a distance of 50 km using its IRST sensor and AESA Radar

KAAN is another level

The Greeks should consider how they will cope with KIZILELMA and ANKA-3 in BVR combat ..... ( RAFALE and F-16V )

The Fighter Jets with the lowest RCS are
1 -- KAAN
2 -- ANKA-III
3 -- KIZILELMA
4 -- RAFALE
5 -- F-16V
You know NOTHING about the RCS of each bird.
It's only your nationalism that speaks.

As for now, Rafale is flying and is over any you are able to oppose.
KAAN is an aero show for now, with a future strong US collar around the engines.

2033 ? in your dreams.
Remember the far far less ambitious BATU project....

We dont care about random People on PDF like BonPlan , Deino , etc
We care about only TAI , TEI and TR-MOTOR who said 2033

in 2019 , same users also said same things about the KAAN
now they are on the TF-35.000 Engine ... They have no shame!

btw , BMC POWER with zero experience has developed BATU Engine and integrated power pack

as of 2028 , starting with the ALTAY T2 configuration batch all subsequent units will roll off the production lines factory equipped with the indigenous BATU Engine

The whole world knows that RAFALE is an older generation Fighter and It has an even larger RCS than KIZILELMA

forget about the KAAN
even ANKA-III and KIZILELMA will be enough to beat old RAFALE in BVR combat

to be delivered to the Turkish Air Force in 2026

TUSAŞ General Manager Mehmet Demiroğlu

The new prototype of the KAAN has begun taxiing tests.
Our goal is for both KAAN P-1 and P-2 to fly side-by-side by the end of 2026

It is a little bit off topic (but not totaly) : It seems USA refuse any F-35 delivery as long as Turkey don't respect all the US legals texts...
Is it true ?

The US expects Turkey to transfer the S-400s to a third country in order to lift CAATSA sanctions

Nice, really !
He is not even aware that how important and how hard it was to establish these test facilities.
I mean there is no codes or standarts to how to establish these facilities. Nobody teaches you, nobody gives you information.

Aerodynamic - Electromagnetic - Structural Test Facilities

Subsonic Wind Tunnel:
Turkiye's largest and Europe's second-largest subsonic wind tunnel facility. It features three test sections and a moving ground belt system to precisely measure landing and takeoff physics

Radar Cross Section (RCS) Test Facility: One of the five largest indoor RCS facilities globally, used to measure and optimize the stealth characteristics of military aircraft like the KAAN

Lightning Test Facility : A high-voltage, high-current lab that simulates natural lightning strikes to evaluate direct and indirect damage on aircraft airframes and fuel systems

Full-Scale Structural Test Facilities
Capable of evaluating whole multi-ton airframes across five progressive tiers: elements, details, sub-assemblies, components, and full-scale aircraft structures. These systems gather dynamic, static, and fatigue data through thousands of active sensors

Engineers utilize over 200 hydraulic pistons and 5,000 sensors to simulate real-world supersonic aerodynamic loads and extreme G-forces on the ground

Avionot or a twitter page like that published some video about it, it was 1050 or 1070 numbered building.
