Disinformation Maju ... Nobody is bypassing anyone.... USA , UK and European union certainly have higher capacity and it's as much if not more in their interest to clean up the mess ... EU is heavily dependent on gulf oil , more than ever after cutting off supplies from Russia.

Well I wish the GOI had aggressively greenlighted the Aramco proposal to build a giant oil refinery on the Western coast, either with RIL or the PSUs. Would have been a heaven sent asset for IND at this moment.
