Egypt has everything supplied by West. Let's see how Egypt will perform against any western power or Israel.

That's not correct,the Egyptians have a lot of Russian and Chinese weapons.

I didn’t want to get into this ranking stuff but here is my take

It’s not just about military hardware, we saw how important the training is in the recent conflict with India. We also need to factor in the local production in case of war.

1) Turkey by far is the most advanced military from Muslim world. They can produce very good fighter jets, drones and other hardware. They are professionally trained similar to the likes of NATO and being a nato member gives them extra punch.

People are forgetting that Turkey does host nuclear weapons for being part of NATO. (One of the publically known location is near Istanbul, Princess Islands).

2) Pakistan

With or without nuclear power. Pakistan can fulfil most of its military demand indigenously and it has a big advantage of friendly neighbour of China. Who can supply unlimited ammunition in a war time scenario

Every other Muslim nation is useless. I would rate Bangladesh higher than Saudi Arabia as they may have hardware to demonstrate but no skills. If God forbid, there is a war between Israel and Saudis. By the time they finish eating that big platter of “Mandi”, the Israel Airforce would have bombed and destroyed their Typhoons in a preemptive strike. They will realise that half of their equipments are destroyed before Saudis fire the first bullet.

Indonesian/Malaysian people are too kind to fight with anyone in my opinion.

Iran has a good Army but non-existent Airforce. They need to invest raising a few squadrons of J-35/SU-57 before any consideration for Top 10.

Look at all those powerfull modern muslim armies; Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nigeria.

What if we had our own NATO with our own Article 5?

I cant imagine the power projection, the greatness, the image of gigantic massive armies marching in a joint parade, standing as a military juggernautic bloc.

HTS, FSA and the rebel elements have proven to be strong in fighting Russia, SAA and various foreign militias for 14 years but that is not enough for them to be higher on the list.

They need atleast 10-15 years of rebuilding the army in order to make it higher up the list

Where does that massive Saudi defence budget of around $80 billion a year go? They have no nuclear weapons program, no ballistic missiles arsenal and I don't know know whether they even have a navy.

A smart country is the one that only fights when it knows it can win.
