Ofu and Olosega are parts of a volcanic doublet in the Manuʻa Islands, which is a part of American Samoa in the Samoan Islands. These twin islands, formed from shield volcanoes, have a combined length of 6 km and a combined area of 12 square kilometers (5 square miles). Together, they have a population of about 500 people.

Beautiful place but probably hard to get to. I think flying to American Samoa is possible but then would have to hire a boat to this island.

Because USA have imprisoned King Kong on that island and is not letting anyone go near the island.

That is just a cover story to keep people away. USA controls the world's weather and earthquakes from there.

Possibly. Or maybe That is the island from the show "LOST". And only USA know how it disappears and where it would reappear next. That's why it is a US island.

I have a fantasy of one day owning an exotic isolated island like this.

And live naked for the rest of your life there. ?

Jokes aside, i dont think islands are that expensive. But the isolation part would be tricky. Like you can get small island but it will have nearby islands as well, alot of them

Take your pick according to your means:

erm - Perfect place for someone to go and hide and play on their XBox ..

Kind of reminds me of Jurassic Park

The big Island of Hawaii has some crazy vistas...like dense mountain Jungles opening up to empty African Savannahs miles wide. Its either thick or empty..not in between.

Are there coconuts and pineapples in that Island where you can live there without worrying about food like Gilligan's Island?
