I think I found a genius way to end this conflict, If I say so myself.
Below is Islamabad MOU, modified. The red sections are the modifications but the main crux is fully developed Clause 5: Strait of Hormuz
Main blocker at the moment is Clause 5. Iran does not want to end without fees whilst US does not want tolled passage.

THE BRIDGE: The win for US here is plausible free passage under UN IMO rules. Under below proposal, technically, operationally and legally the strait remains as a free and fair passage. Practically, it also guaruntees an income for Iran. The regular and priority queue with a maximum of 2 week delay and maximum of 5% cost effectively is the Iranian ask. Why 2 weeks ? Well capacity constrained 2 week delay will cost around $2mm to hang around for large tanker. So they will voluntarily pay $2mm fees to get immediate, priority and safe access provided by the HMA authority.

Proposed Peace Framework: Revised Islamabad MOU

1. End hostilities: Immediately cease military operations across all fronts, including Lebanon, and commit to refraining from further attacks or threats.
2. Respect sovereignty: Respect each other’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, without interference in internal affairs.
3. 60-day negotiations: Negotiate a final agreement within 60 days, extendable by mutual consent.
4. US blockade: Lift the naval blockade immediately. Withdraw nearby US forces within 30 days of concluding the final agreement.
5. Strait of Hormuz — Joint Maritime Authority:
   
   Establish a Hormuz Maritime Authority (HMA), jointly constituted, governed and operated by Oman and Iran, drawing on relevant principles of maritime cooperation in the Straits of Malacca and Singapore.
   
   Passage through the Strait shall remain free of transit charges and open to all vessels in accordance with applicable international law. HMA shall coordinate safe, efficient and environmentally responsible navigation through a unified traffic-management framework.
   
   Alongside ordinary free passage, HMA may offer optional premium maritime services, provided by designated Omani and Iranian maritime operators. These may include escorted transit, enhanced navigational assistance and priority scheduling within available capacity, subject to navigational safety.
   
   Purchasing premium services shall not be a condition of passage. Vessels declining them shall not face deliberate delays, discriminatory restrictions or reduced access to essential safety information. HMA to ensure that the regular maritime access delays do not extend beyond 2 weeks. UN IMO may monitor and give advisory notes on the performance of HMA.
   
   Premium services shall operate under published terms and transparent tariffs, with fees capped at 5% of the agreed transit value. The valuation basis shall be defined in the implementing agreement. HMA’s scheduling, service standards and revenues shall be subject to independent oversight.
6. Reconstruction: The United States and regional partners shall develop a mutually agreed reconstruction and economic development plan for Iran worth at least US$300 billion.
7. Sanctions: Agree a timetable for terminating sanctions as part of the final agreement.
8. Nuclear programme: Iran shall reaffirm its commitment not to acquire or develop nuclear weapons. Arrangements for its enriched uranium stockpile, including any dilution, and the future of enrichment shall remain subjects for negotiation.
9. Interim restraint: Pending the final agreement, Iran shall maintain the existing status of its nuclear programme. The United States shall impose no new sanctions or deploy additional forces to the region.
10. Oil exports: Immediately issue waivers permitting Iranian petroleum exports and associated banking, insurance, transportation and other necessary services.
11. Frozen assets: Make Iran’s frozen or restricted funds available for use, with release procedures agreed during negotiations.
12. Monitoring: Establish a mutually agreed mechanism to oversee implementation, verify compliance and address disputes.
13. Sequencing: Negotiations on the final agreement shall proceed alongside the commencement and continued implementation of commitments concerning the ceasefire, blockade, maritime passage, oil exports and frozen assets.
14. UN endorsement: Seek endorsement of the final agreement through a binding United Nations Security Council resolution.

The problem is not understanding the main problem.
Not matter what Iran does or USA does or even Israel does. Iran must surrender to Rothschilds. Iran must accept central bank under Rothschilds.
