The US achieved all of it’s military objectives:

-Destroyed Iranian nuclear industrial base
- HEU buried
- Significantly degraded Irans ballistic missile force and destroyed 85% of its industrial base. Irans production is very low now with production only from pre stocked components
- Sank the entire Iranian Navy
- Eliminated its power projection and support for proxies. This has been largely achieved

Historically it takes years to overthrow regimes without committing ground forces. Thats well underway under current economic conditions. An Mojtaba has been hiding like Osama in a bunker for the last 8 months.
