TOGG | Türkiye's Automotive Joint Venture Group

TOGG is a flop. Owners that i know are regretting that they bought it.

You can only go to a TOGG-service for repair or parts and they are just smallnumbered and not in every city.

And in the east where i live, a lot of gas stations doesnt even have benzine, only diesel - let alone a powercharge for EV’s.

Turkey is a nation with power shortages 3 times a day, there are billions of dollars needed for upgrading the powergrid.

Look at the Netherlands; a hypermodern nation but their grid has reached the maximum. 80.000 new households and 16.000 new companies are on a waitinglist and cant be connected to the main grid.

Solaroanel owners dont get money anymore for their produced solar energy, because there is to much energy available for the powergrid, and upgrading the old powergrid will cost billions of dollars. If the Netherlands doesnt have the money for it, than Turkey cant do it neither.

EV’s sucks anyway. Its like you are driving in a microwave with all those electromagnetics.
Where do you live? I haven’t experienced a power outage in years. The electric vehicle market is growing steadily, and within 10 years, it might even make up 50% of the entire market. There’s no place left without a charging station — I’m confident you couldn’t draw a 40-50 km-wide circle without including at least one charging station.

There is one TOGG owner here where I live, the guy regularly blocks one of our parking lot exits to charge his car from his apartment. He can shove his nationalism up his ... Anyways. That's one problem I have with it 😆

TOGGs being shipped to Europe by train :)

TOGG still dominating the Turkish market. Over 30k TOGGs sold in Türkiye from January to November. That's an 30% increase compared to 2024.

I mean TOGG T10F is nice and all but I still dont understand why there is no proper car in the 25-30.000 price range. Those are pricetags most common car owners are willing to pay for a brand new car. Unless we create something in the class of Opel Corsa's, VW Polo's, Ford Fiesta and etc(hatchback basically for inner cities travel) then we are always doomed to lose to the Chinese or more traditional brands. Stop trying to create a Turkish Tesla, make a proper car for normal people.

If a small minor company in TRNC of all places can make a model, then why in gods name can't TOGG.

Doesn't make sense economically.
