Trump Announces Major Pakistan Trade Deal, Vows Joint Oil Development/Exploration

Pakistan has done a brilliant job of not bending to the intense American pressure after 9/11 to give India the primacy in South Asia while also maintaining very close strategic relations with China AND also maintaining favorable commercial ties with America and American allies.

As far as China is concerned: The better the Pakistani economy is, the better for China too because they must be tired of constantly 'rescheduling' Pakistan's loans. They know that Pakistan will never betray their trust, that Pakistan is a very efficient ally to keep India in check... good enough for China.
Chinese financial help is over hyped .. it's few billion dollars of loan and we have to kiss Chinese butts for it's rollover.....cpec projects were way overpriced and we have already paid back most of the money along with exorbitant profits.

Don't count or deep fry your chicks before they hatch, America promise a lot of things to Pakistan just like the Saudi's and other GCC, world is a F'd up mess right now and such deals doesn't come without their set backs, when it comes to dealing with America hope for the least and prepare for the worse.
Absolutely, it’s wise not to get carried away by promises alone. Deals with America and any major power always come with strings attached and challenges ahead.

That said, this partnership if became fruitful, also brings opportunities Pakistan can’t ignore. The key is to stay vigilant, protect our interests firmly, and be ready for whatever comes.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, that’s how we move forward with eyes wide open.

It honestly breaks my heart to say this, but PTI supporters might not take this news positively and are likely to spin it into yet another conspiracy. Sadly, the only ones truly unhappy about this development seem to be Indians and passionate PTI loyalists.

It shouldn’t be like this. At the end of the day, Pakistan should come first, above parties, personalities, and politics. Progress, no matter who facilitates it, is still progress for the country we all claim to love.

Not at all as a pti supporter anything good that happens in my country is good news for me irrespective of whether IK is PM or not

I don't understand why they cry about this when Russia sells tens of billions of dollars worth of weapons to India, including the Brahmos they used to target our children this May.
Their messiah told them we were buying oil from russia, that's just about it. Also russia> US and US bad for removing immi chan from kursi.

Immi entire campaign was built on anti Americanism and how they removed him from power. Also said we will buy cheap oil from russia, so the Americans removed him. This basically brainwashed the quom e youth.

Then basically he blamed the military and bajwa and whatnot. End par hamari ankhein khul gain.

Surprisingly PTI and majority of its followers lobbyied in the US to sanction the military, everyday these clowns are lobbying for weird shit and all their money was wasted. Also all these people who hate America ironically live in america. Shehbaz gill, moeed pirzada and wajbro all talking bullshit against Americans inside america. These people are the most hypocritical bunch you'll ever find. Munafqat khatam hoti hai inpar.

I have always supported good relations with america they've helped us alot. And seriously **** russia.

India will be buying oil from Pakistan.

Pakistans major oil deposits off the Makran coast will be a transformational prosperityfor Pakistan.

They won't see a single litre inshallah, if the finds are good.
They are an enemy under the sanghis which should be shunned.
Plenty of buyers in Pakistan's neighborhood, the largest being big bro China.

PTI wanted discounted oil wheat and possibly gas so that Pakistani citizens would be saved from the unbearable inflation that PDM 1.0 eventually inflicted upon it

Is it a crime to want the best for your people

Subsequent western retaliation would undo any benefit of increased trade with Russia.

Credit to the Dictator. He's been more diplomatically effective than the last one we had.

Lets hope something becomes of this. Looking forward to the success of AAOC Aksari American Oil Company.

Pakistan is an energy starved country and needs cheap oil desperately. We're not turning electric in the next 20 years, but if we can meet our enerfy needs on the cheap and make money through exports too - we could develop an industrial base to make the soon to be 300 million Pakistani people economically active and that would be a HUGE success.

True.

One of the reason the smarter Secular Indians (sanghis in sheep's skin) advocate for trade with Pakistan is to economically force us into India's orbit.

The next step would be to de-islamize Pakistan, making its people more addicted to material wealth while forgetting their dignity and purpose in life.

After this, the Indians would use economic sanctions to force Pakistan to surrender without firing a shot.

This is a scenario Indian leaders have been openly fantasizing about since 1947.

Countries as large as China and India to those as small as Tunisia Morocco and Egypt purchased discount commodities from Russia. No retaliation was faced

European sanctions were too half hearted Uptil 2024

2022 23 and 24 were excruciatingly painful years for Pakistan's economy.These imports could've helped

That's what I said, when dealing with America you hope they will give you the least amount of stuff, and try to extract the most, but given the track record our leaders will not disappoint us in making stupid decision.
No amount of economic prosperity can change unless we deal with Terrorism and its supporters, that's the biggest threat to Pakistan today, you can survive if your nation is poor but you can't survive if half your nation wants to murder the other half.

Absolutely not.

Pakistan will not sell any energy to India that powers genocidal schemes in Kashmir valley. India already takes massive energy from Kashmir region with illegal infrastructure.
