If you mean that there's no civilization that has evolved outside our solar system, then yes, I agree. Even govt officials have change the narrative that these are interdimensional and not from space.

The entire basis of "Alien" or "Intelligent" life on other planets is based on evolution, people most of the time use the same logic that if life can evolve here from single cell so it can evolve on few planets given the right condition, but for argument sake what if the theory of evolution is not right? then the next argument is what you said, so many stars and planets in right place in the orbit, but again will we ever come across a human like beings? i doubt it, will we ever see a whole civilization of alien life, not gonna happen either, the idea of Alien life is same as believing in God, you can't prove nor disprove it, people believe it without seeing them or any concrete evidence.Well considering there are more stars than all the grains of sand on all the beaches of the world that is a big statement.
Jinn or Angel's are not Alien life forms, the alien life and the whole idea which popularize in west is not some Jinn or Angel, if you say this to any atheist or agnostic he will laugh at your face, but when people say alien life they means gray's or big heads and big eyes, a man made concept of Alien which Hollywood shows.
