Turkey Greece Relations and Maritime Disputes

Front-page news from Yunan Estia newspaper:İbrahim Kalın did not only meet with Demiris, the Head of the Greek Intelligence Service (EYP), during his Athens visit. He also held a secret meeting with Prime Minister Miçotakis.Kalın delivered a very harsh ultimatum to Miçotakis. He reminded him of Turkey's red lines on the 12-mile issue, Cyprus, and especially the growing closeness with Israel. He stated that crossing these red lines could lead to consequences including military intervention.Miçotakis, who backed down, wanted to keep the meeting secret to protect his reputation, but he couldn't prevent it from leaking to the press. The leak came not from Turkey, but from Greece.

Iran should be encouraged to bomb Greece and Cyprus bases used by Israel and other Crusaders in the next round of clashes. Greece has become a hub of Zionist activity and is an active threat to Turkey.

A positive thing is that no one will come to help Greece.

Its not in Turkish interests for Greece's territory to be hit, that triggers Article 5, which is not in Turkish interests, nor is it in Iran's interests.

Cyprus is a different situation as it isn't NATO, but its still complicated because of the EU matter, there will be pressure on EU states to act.

Its absolutely in our interests.

Article 5 has no obligatory to respond militairily. Members can also give only political support if they want.

So Turkey can condemn Iran and send food and tents to Greece and thats it.
