Syrians have to secure their country.

That will take a minimum of 3-5 years:

1.) Don't worry about political transition right now
2.) Do not engage Israel at Golan Heights due to any gaslighting by any sides - it's a lose-lose situation
3.) Get your entire country back and secured and develop your military forces
4.) Make military service mandatory
5.) Don't attack Iraq
6.) Don't attack or demolish any shrines

7) Establishing air force with help preferably by Pakistan or Turkey.
8) Give port of Latakia to China or some concession like that for economy projects.
9)Utilize potential of diaspora.
