Yes it will bomb the rebels at will and will keep the "government" in Damascus alive as long as they cut the flow of weapons to Hezbollah.

At least Assad had old Russian S-300PMU1 LRSAM and was being supplied with advanced Iranian Khordad MRSAMs to stop the Zionist carpet bombing, and so they could only bomb him with stand off missiles.

Now the Zionists will place heavy artillery on the east side of Mount Hermon to make sure the rump Syria does exactly as they are told.

Almost none are 'strategic' weapons. It's regular munitions and rockets. The Jewish terrorist assault on the people of the region is unprecedented. It's an attempt to force a Jewish world order. Without weapons Syrians will not be able to form a government and won't be able to establish order.

It's not about Hezbollah. It's about preventing a formation of a government and rebuilding of Syria. Israel was regularly attacking during Assad control and made incursions into the same area during war with Hezbollah. Hezbollah has other ways to get weapons and even when they do, you saw their performance in 2024 was poor. They can't change the equation and stepped out of the conflict.
 
I told you guys US and Israel will try to interfere to prevent a opposition victory in Syria. A opposition victory means they have to control entire Syria and be able to form a government and military to establish order, rebuild Syria, and develop an economy.

The US and Israel are saying no, we won't allow you to do that. We will make sure Kurds occupy half the country for Israel and we'll have Israel bomb and invade Syria on a regular basis to prevent all of the above.

Two birds with one stone so to speak.

Of course the entity will make sure no development happens in Syria but they will allow the new "government" in Damascus to live as long as they stop the land link to Hezbollah.Saying this I think the Kurds have captured some of the territory used to supply Hezbollah via Iraq.

Hezbollah is a priority for them as that has been an irritant for them for decades and they want Southern Lebanon up to Litani for Zionist settlement. No, without the land link weapons shipments would be extremely difficult.

There's no government in Syria yet. There's probably a temporary military council. Syrians can't establish a government without taking control of all Syria. Including US occupied areas.

Israel is not allowing anything. It doesn't control us. It interferes.

I don't think Syrians care about Hezbollah but no you are still wrong. Weapons can still go through and they'll just build a domestic weapons capability and we'll see more flights to Beirut and other routes open. This is about Syria and not Hezbollah. Syrians are overwhelmingly anti-Israel. They don't have to attack Israel at a time where they can't, they have to consolidate control over all of Syria and form a government. That could take years.

Iran, like others, won't let go of Syria easily and may still have a stubbornness to try to make it backfire on the opposition. That's why it's important for Arabs and Turkey to help rebels consolidate power over all of Syria.

The shrine is fine and the call to prayer is being made normally and they are being asked to practice their worship normally and nothing has changed and the gunmen there are emphasizing that they will not harass the Shiites.
