Its not an isis patch, several different groups have used that patch in this civil war, its the shahadah and then a seal in the middle, they use it interchangeably with the black banners and the shahadah on them. The group thats leading the offensive HTS has fought against Daesh.

People should focus less on Aleppo and more on the Southern front. The rebels are steamrolling deeply into regime area. They're gaining more momentum.

Treating wounded is human thing to do, what should they have done, kill him like assad gangs would probably do?
 
Lots of excitement around these developments, for what ? The opposition is weak, relies on supply lines through Turkey that are limited and can be turned off whenever. They can't exceed their capacity. The Syrian army is also weak and relies on supply lines from Russia/Iran and actual protection. Then you have Kurds controlling a chunk of the country that opposition can't and won't fight.

Israel and US make sure all sides in fight have to be submissive or face consequences. Israel sees this as bleeding resources of both sides.

Nothing will change in Middle East until fight is directed at Israel, and in a serious manner.

No there is nothing humane about it, that aid offered is purely tactical in an enemy of my enemy type of calculation. If it was structured in another way, the zionists would have no qualms killing and gutting the guy to take his skin and organs for their donor bank. lol
