There is.
I just invented the name Mk2 (it is maybe NG or block 2 or...) but there is a plan to installed a new AESA seeker, following the arms race. As MICA NG, and probably a close son of this one.

Is that suppose to be an insult? We can do just fine without NATO. Both sides(US-TR) benefit it as it is.
Turkiye been focused on being self-reliant since the Cyprus problems(50-years). this was always the goal, an Air Force capable to be produced within TR for our needs.

All these projects comfirmed by the Turkish Government and the Turkish Armed Forces

as like your 20 F-35s until 2030 . all these weapons will enter service until 2030
while most of them already in service or will enter service in 2026

only KAAN Fighter Jet by 2028
and 40 F-16V - 40 Eurofighter will take a few years

The website says , The METEOR supersonic missile entered service with the French Air Force in January 2021 and with the French Naval Aviation in March of that year. It was deployed operationally for the very first time on February 24, 2022.

I don't think you need Typhoon, waste of money, nothing new it offers that you either don't already have, or can produce in the next few years. Better of upgrading your Viper fleet to V standard, or the equivalent based on the Ozgur upgrade, integrate your long range A2A missiles with network datalink guidance, similar to Link17 of PAF. Buying Typhoon is then having to integrate a completely new ecosystem - aircraft, engines, weapons, avionics - into TuAF.

Iran doesn't have an air force really. You're not going to go to war with France, Greece, or even Russia if you're part of NATO. Egypt doesn't even have decent BVR missiles, let alone pose a threat to Turkey. You might have a conflict with Israel, but even that is extremely unlikely, no motive really.

In addition, the F4 is a ground strike aircraft primarily, while the Typhoon is primarily an air superiority aircraft, so not sure why you would replace the F4 with the Typhoon.
