Türkiye has transformed from an importing Country to an exporting country within 3 years
in 2020 , Canada imposed an embargo on Turkiye regarding E/O Systems used in UCAVs
And Turkiye has developed its own CATS , ASELFLIR-500 and ASELFLIR-600
To date, more than 100 ASELFLIR 500s have been delivered to domestic and international customers

No, but my money is on bangladesh or Indonesia. They have expressed interest in Turkish air defense and Indonesia I think already bought Hisar.

And incredibly significant to the Turkish Engine development industry.
Those exports show trust in Turkish engine component manufacturing when bigger engine makers are sourcing parts from Turkey for their engines as well as a revenue stream for TEI independent of govt investment, which furthers Research and Development and especially for newer engines and materials.

Its possible, But Qatar has Patriot 3 systems already and those come with similar radar, they could have bought additional supplemental radar, but it would be strange for them to only buy the radar and not a full system. Whereas the other two are buying full air defense systems from Turkey. They got hit with Air Launched Ballistic missiles by Israel so the System to protect against that would not be a Hisar radar, but something that aids in intercepting exo atmospheric intercept, something like THAAD.
I think Qatar is interested in Steel Dome, so it is a possibility.
