2022 was a big year that changed the Arc and then 2025 took that to a different level. Lets see when the next inflection point comes.

the sheer pipeline of weapons productions are converting into export sales

with the expansion of BMC and Altay going into production I think exports will be solid going forward

also talks with Saudi after the defence agreement are now hot

we talking billions with fighter jets + Turkish air defence/UAV/EW

Otokar's Romanian operation also giving it an EU manufacturing base Cobra II

im not saying this is possible but lets say Spain likes the HURJET there's a possible chance they would want to look at the KAAN along with Saudi

also Indonesia can look at HURJET and Saudi could mix HURJET + KAAN

this now taking sales from F35

🔴 The Most Striking Story on the List: ARCA Defense!

At its facility in Çorum, it produces more artillery shells than the total from the entire American continent.

From 60mm to 155mm mortar and artillery ammunition, 122mm rockets, and Turkey's first C4 explosive factory — all under one roof.

This production power has turned into massive export contracts one after another: a $2.2 billion ammunition deal with Bulgaria, a new production facility in Estonia, SAHA signatures exceeding $2 billion in 2026...

Result: 97% of its revenue from exports, Turkey's defense industry export champion, and the world's 53rd largest defense company!
