Turkiye, on the other hand, is establishing Europe's largest air defense systems production facility with an investment of $2.5 billion to produce $24 billion worth of air defense systems to cover whole Turkiye

Which one can sustain itself in war ?

still small countries like these have big dreams

AD will have to also cover Syria too now. Lets hope that's factored in too.
