The second prototype of the TEI TF6000 engine was displayed at EFES-2026.
The engine's first ignition was carried out on December 24, 2025.
The TF6000 TF2-1 engine was operated for a total of 45 hours.

The TF6000 is a very successful engine. We will provide it for testing purposes for the ANKA-3 and KIZILELMA at the beginning of 2027
The first test of the TF10000 with afterburner is targeted to be conducted by the end of 2027
Overall timeframe may change although i thought they would start this year since TF6000 is coming to an end i guess they have their hands full with tf35000OK. Let's wait 2027.
Or 2029.
Or....
It's not the same thing to study and produce a UCAV engine, without after burner, with a restricted flight domain, and a front fighter one.Overall timeframe may change although i thought they would start this year since TF6000 is coming to an end i guess they have their hands full with tf35000

I only answered to some that think they are a bear just because they have some little hair on their chests. As some Turkish forumers for exemple.
How many time to Turkey to produce a MBT engine my dear ?Turkish Defense Industry is more than even a Bear
know your place and wait - see , instead of trolling
How many time to Turkey to produce a MBT engine my dear ?
Is it only operationnal or do you have to purchase it from South Korea ?
It's not trolling, it's reality, and you seems to have some difficulties to cope reality.

Batu is currently under qualification/testing. As far as i know the engine is ready but the transmission still needs some time but overall progress is good/acceptable considering we are relatively new to engine market. I have no idea how the engine compares to Euro Powerpack or korean but i guess if the army is satisfied with it its good. How many time to Turkey to produce a MBT engine my dear ?
