Idk about 1 year, that might be too hopeful, but the TF10000 should be unveiled soon in 2026 and around 2028 for the TF35000 prototype if I remember the original timeline correctly.

When can we see the TF10000 prototype?

This year hopefully or next. The original timeline said 2026, but we may see it this year. I read conflicting reports.

TEI has finally announced the TF-35000 engine on companys official website. This information is not currently available on the English section of the website, but it will probably be posted there in the future.

The TF35000 Turbofan Engine is being developed under the auspices of the Presidency of Defense Industries for the national military turbofan engine that will produce 35 thousand lbf thrust required by the National Combat Aircraft (KAAN). TF35000 is one of Turkey's biggest breakthroughs in aviation engines.

TEI; has achieved significant gains in the fields of engine components, advanced material technologies, test infrastructures and production capabilities with its studies in the field of gas turbine engine technologies. TF35000 has been designed with the aim of being Turkey's domestic and national turbofan engine with the highest thrust power and is being developed to meet the requirements of 5th generation fighter aircraft.

High temperature resistant super alloys, advanced coating and cooling technologies will be used in TF35000. The engine, which will have the features to support KAAN's 5th generation requirements with its unique design, will also provide the required superior performance and durability. The TF35000 will produce the high thrust it will provide, with low fuel consumption and long range missions. An ecosystem is being created that will also support the design, production and testing stages of the engine development process.

Thanks to this engine, our country will gain the competence to develop an original engine with the high technology needed by 5th generation fighter jets.

In addition to the significant support it will provide to our country's strategy to eliminate external dependency in the defense industry, the TF35000 will also solidify Turkey's strong position in the global aviation market.

When will it be ready?

No one knows when the TF35000 will be ready. This is obvious, considering that we have never developed an engine of this quality before.

According to the official statement, a working prototype of the TF35000 will be integrated into Kaan around 2029 (the other engine in Kaan will of course be the GE F110) and flight tests will begin.

The Earliest? 2028 is the first test. Realistically somewhere between 2028-2032 in most timelines I've seen.

Regardless of the engine, We will see production with the GE F110 in all likelyhood, when the switchover happens to the domestic engine we don't know for sure.

Just wait and see, people will compare countries. China or Europe did it in 15years how can they make it so fast. Ukraine did help them or UK , i do advice to drink cold water.
