They would be hit the moment they arrive in Syria. The Israelis don't mess around with that. For the last 10+ years,every time a sophisticated or dangerous system arrived in Syria,they launched strikes. This happened numerous times with Iranian convoys or weapons shipments to Syria or Lebanon. Sometimes with Russian equipment operated by the SAA,but usually the systems given to the SAA by Russia were mostly either SHORADS or old versions of the S-300,so they were not a priority.

The Typhoon would have changed balances if it was given to the Syrians in big numbers,
but then again I don't think they want war with the Israelis.
