Turkish Nuclear Program (Civil/Military)

Look if Turkey wants nuclear weapons, then it needs to get out of Non-Proliferation Treaty, which it ratified.

These guys wouldn't last 2 days without western support. Lets get real bro.

If Israel attacks first then they are treaty bound on paper atleast, Turkey would press them at the very least to gauge their response, of course the reality is something else, Turkey is not putting all its eggs on Article 5, it has other contingencies as I mentioned, if it came down to necessity, Turkey would find a way to acquire nuclear weapons/warheads whether it builds them itself of via Pakistan.

No way in hell NATO will defend Turkey against Israel. To think otherwise is the height of self-delusion.

We will see on paper they are supposed to, either way depending on what they choose many dynamics will change, most of all the relationship and cooperation with Russia in the event that NATO refuses to honor Article 5.

Regardless, as I said, Turkey has contingencies, namely the Pakistan option I mentioned. or outright build it themselves before a deterioration takes place where a strike is possible.

If Israel attacks Turkey, NATO won't protect us, on the contrary, NATO will attack us.

I don't think they would do such a madness.

However, I am sure that NATO will protect Turkey against Russia.

In fact, NATO won’t protect Turkey even against Russia. Turkey is an ally of NATO only by name. Turkey’s membership of NATO has no practical implications in the defense of Turkey.

It needs to leave NATO too. NATO wants Turkiye to be nuclear-free, but to be a base of operations for NATO nukes against Russia.

Nukes mean Turkey isn't beholden to the West anymore and can negotiate a better position for itself.

If and when the time comes that bridge will be crossed. You don't exit the treaty and then build nuclear weapons. You build the capacity to build then you withdraw and make, or you make and simultaneously withdraw. Why give away your hand unnecessarily and put a target on your back when you are not yet at the capacity to build.

Turkey needs nukes more than it needs sun, snow, rain or wind.

Are we gonna buy it from our brothernation Pakistan or will we build it self, i have no clue.

But we need it - because there are only 3 targets left in the Middle East:

1. Iran
2. Egypt
3. Turkey

3 stable countries with a large muslim population and territory, huge armaments and great defence capabilities and unpredictable governments. And they are the neighbours of Israel.

Zionists hate that.

Zionists love small or unstable countries, fragmented weaponry, tiny populations and predictable ‘liberal’ leaders or payroll little dictators like Bahrain, Jordan etc.

So sooner or later - Egypt, Turkey and Iran will be attacked and invaded to secure Israel.

We need a coalition, now. Turkiye, Iran and Egypt. When they come for us, they will come for Egypt next. And Turkiye will stand alone.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a weapons sharing agreement with Pakistan if the need ever arises. There has been a rumored deal with Pakistan and Saudi. Of Course all of these are rumors, no one is actually foolish enough to announce such a deal if it exists. But I definitely suspect such a possibility with Turkey and Pakistan.

I currently suspect there's an agreement or understanding for the exchange of all defense-related technology between Pakistan and Turkey. ;)

I can see in 10 years time Turkey being a true regional power

they need more military satellites to keep a eye on the Israeli air bases but around 30-40 military satellites should cover Israel on a 24/7 basis
