Turkish UAV/UCAV Projects

We don't know if the wreckage is from what was shot down in the video, there was an akinci shot down weeks ago.

The Emiratis received Rafales last year.

That footage looks like 2 turbofans from the back, close together.
Do you have any source confirming UAE received Rafales last year? What I know is they will start receiving those from 2027.... and even if last year they received will they immediately deploy it in Sudan?

They have other options like desert falcon or M2K9 which they have already mastered....and even if I agree they deployed Rafales in Sudan they will let those remain in Sudan when Iran is bombing them and they may need those to retaliate with stand off weapons like storm shadow or hammers?

Where are the defensive maneuvers with chaffs and flares? Where are the ejecton attempts from pilots?

Stop trying to force a comparison with China. You’re simply not in the same league. You can go compare yourselves with India instead.
In 2025, China was Turkey’s largest trading partner. Turkey exported USD 4.5 billion worth of products to China, mainly mineral products and agricultural by-products. China, meanwhile, exported USD 40 billion worth of products to Turkey, mainly electronic products and components. China welcomes the success of Turkey’s industries: the more drones are sold, the more optoelectronic and chip components Turkey will import from China.

In many conflicts in which Turkish drones have been deployed Chinese drones were sold to the opposite side, usually brought by the UAE and transfered. The first major case of this was in Libya. Where wing longs were operated by hafter while TB2 was operated by the Libyan government.

As for your conclusion that was totally irrelevant to my post, a country of 1.4 billion vs a country of 90 million should be in a completely different league. In a way its kind of ridiculous that china still has to play second fiddle to a country of 350 million people. If Turkiye was 500 million were not going to play second fiddle to the USA. No Chance.

China has no interest whatsoever in flexing its muscles or acting aggressively. What it is interested in is development: enabling its people to live happy and prosperous lives.

Ultimately, the world does need a global policeman. But if neither China nor the United States takes on that role, who else could? China, however, truly does not want to be the world’s policeman. Just look at how much blood is on America’s hands from playing that role.
China’s relationship with Americans, Europeans, Jews, and Muslims is the same. There is no preference for one side over another; it is simply a matter of which side shares more common ground with China in terms of ideas and principles.
Muslim warriors of today’s world, you are still too cowardly. Look at how many of your fellow people have been killed and bombed by the United States and Israel. You cowards are completely hiding behind, watching helplessly with your own eyes.especially turkey, as the strongest country, do nothing but mouth work.

As long as the United States does not block China’s path to prosperity, everything is OK.

French govt said it delivered it.

The first of 80 Dassault Rafale combat aircraft have been formally handed over to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), it was announced on 29 January.

Dassault CEO Éric Trappier and French Minister of the Armed Forces Sébastien Lecornu presented a twin-seat F-4 standard aircraft (tail number 1101) to the Emirati Minister of State for Defense Affairs Mohamed Bin Mubarak Fadhel Al Mazroue during a handover ceremony at the company's Istres facility in southern France.

“The Ministry of Defence [MoD] announces the receipt of the first batch of French Rafale aircraft in a historic deal to enhance the capabilities of the armed forces,” the UAE Ministry of Defence (MoD) said, referring to the ‘historic' nature of what was the largest defence order ever placed by the UAE. The ministry did not say how many Rafales were included in this first batch, but previous such deliveries to other export customers have typically comprised four to six aircraft.

The UAE signed for the Rafales in December 2021, following talks that dated back to 2008. Once in UAE Air Force and Air Defence (AFAD) service, the Rafales will replace the service's Dassault Mirage 2000s at the same time as augmenting its Lockheed Martin F-16E/F Block 60 Desert Falcons.

In signing for the Rafale, the UAE joined Croatia, Greece, India, and Qatar as export customers for the French-made aircraft. The aircraft is also in competition in Saudi Arabia.

Okay but still I don't think UAE will deploy their newest and most expensive jets in some dangerous countries like Sudan.... we know what happened to Egyptian Fulcrums parked in Sudan....

Apart from this no evasive maneuvers from this jets nor any pilots ejecton attempts shows it might be mostly a drone.... but let's wait and watch...

oooo definitly shot down...

The Rafale is far too advanced to be taken down by the Eren, which is a slow missile with a speed of only Mach 0.3

Who says its EREN?

This looks a lot like those hits the Iranians were making, tracking heat signatures on the F-15s and F-35s.

guys! after 43s second one of the twin engines seperates, so it cant be rafale or twin engine manned aircraft to me. it should be something like chineese CH-6 drone, engines are placed out of body

Engines can seperate from the fuselage on the Rafale too, we saw the engine in a different spot than the rest of the body when Indian rafales were shot down.
