I know about these. None of them are specifically designed as "unmanned fighter jets." These drones are generally built for deep strike missions with a focus on stealth. Their role is to target ground-based objectives. Kızılelma, is being developed to perform everything a manned fighter jet can do.No offence but there are many equivalents to it in the world

The aerodynamic effect of the radar on a small airframe like the Akinci will be interesting, Surely a beam bar concept like the Erieye would work better than a radar dish ?

I think that is less of a issue and these platforms and sensors can only do so much
I think what Turkey really needs is more military satellites , a full constellation
that will Turkey a real time situational awareness from near earth orbit
which can then communicate from one step ahead to these other platforms and sensors lower down

I'm not buying it though, simply because of Radar limitations.

This will have longer range then F16V radar AN/APG83, because it have more T/R module and newer technology. People do not believe it when i write it, but it will be better. Longer range means nothing, what is important EW cepabalities and EW resistant, SAR mode and lock and tracking. People love the range fetish, first what they ask is what is the range

Why not against the SU-57 ?
The SU-57's radar signature isn't very low

on the other hand Turkish Air Force can use 20 KAAN + 20 KIZILELMA-C networked environment to deliver full data-to-decision capability ( manned - unmanned team ) to match with 20 F-35s at the same time
With AI supported 80 GOKBORA ramjet powered long range air to air missiles are fired from 20 KIZILELMA-C at the enemy Fighter Jets and communicate with each other to decide who will attack which enemy
Greek F-35 Pilots will be shocked when they see 20 KAAN + 20 KIZILELMA-C in front of them .... They will fight against robotic Systems

but when KIZILELMA-C teaming up with KAAN , then it will be very useful against the F-35s in future air combat concept
