I hope this is true. 24 JF-17Cs will fundamentally change the Trajectory of this country. If it can control its own airspace and can provide air support to its own army and patrol its own airspace, It can finally enforce sovereignty and be taken seriously.

HISAR and SIPER allegedly being transferred to Somalia, Turkey seems to be getting a lot more serious in Somalia and is not waiting around for the Israelis/UAE or Ethiopia to strengthen their presence there uncontested.
I hope the story of the 24 JF-17s from Pakistan to Somali is true. it would fundamentally change the dynamics in the country.

sign a 99 year lease make it part of Pakistans sovereign territory otherwise Israel will destroy the fighters on the ground
no one will be so stupid to attack a nuclear armed sovereign oversea territory
Turkey comes in and Saudi pays the bill

To get it out of Turkey as that seems to be a point for the F-35 and also Somalia needs air defense and there is a Turkish base there and Turkish F-16s recently deployed. This would strengthen the Turkish presence there are also secure Somalian sovereignty.
Two birds, One stone.
Add to the 24 JF-17s that Somalia is rumored to be receiving(rumored to be paid for by Saudi or they might have paid for it themselves), this should substantially strengthen Somalian state building.
