When you are fully aware that Israel is a hostile country, but you lack the ability to counteract and impose sanctions. You cannot attack Israel's economy, nor can you take military action against Israel...

The means to balance Israel are lacking. That's my assessment.

When you decide to confront, you should first impose trade bans and export controls, followed by military actions to demonstrate your stance. If you have allies, do it together. If you don't have allies, do it independently.

The economic blow must be real and effective. The military action must be swift and decisive. No cost is considered. Any hesitation is incompetence.

Or, you have no intention of confronting at all.
