There Indian DM is with Hegseth, highest level of mil to mil engagement and only a shirt time to cover stuff like China, joint R&D, Quad, military sales, Russia, Iran, joint training etc.

What does he say?

Hegseth and his team must have been pissing themselves afterwards

Okay, so I will grant that India doesn't have to be in a 'panic' because of Pakistan's F-16s upgrades; worried maybe. But India's large economy, landmass, and considerable military power shields India a lot.
But your quoted post is dated: Pakistanis no longer worry about Indian arms acquisitions. Why? Because in last decade, Indian stupid foreign policy has really alienated China to the point that Pakistan is able to even borrow what it needs against India. Thank you, PM Modi!
