Hindustan has revealed its hand under Modi, foolishly so. They really do regard us as illegitimate, untouchable, dalitised in a civilisational sense. Nehru kept it all quiet, hiding very smartly behind the veneer of "secularism", but he knew full well the dog of a nation he was midwifing decades back. Now the denial of Pakistan's very existence is a narrative laid bare by the impatience of the humble sanghee, and the 5% of genuine seculars cannot conceal it any more. India's course is locked in, incorrigible to the bitter end, come what may. Modi cannot even climb down now, nor can any successor.
