Quite a few of the Muslim independents lost because of multiple people standing. At least 4 seats i've seen had multiple muslim independents standing, losing the vote to labour. There is no Muslim vote in the UK, just muslims who vote. People didn't vote strategically.

Strategic voting is more important than just the Gaza issue. Only when we organise as a community will our political representatives actually represent our communities ahead of their party policies.
Exactly, good point. They might get smarter going forward, Gaza happened suddenly which is what changed the consciousness, that's really the key, everything follows after
What i find truly shocking is how British Indians like Sunak genuinely believe the goraay dont look at them as brown people. They believe if they speak the queens English - have a pint and laugh at Muslims - they will be accepted. They really need a wake up - they are detested and are in the same category as the Muslims. Wake up and smell the coffee.
South Asian curse, as long as one brown group can feel superior over another in the eyes of Mr.grey they take the opportunity, it's not just Indians

I think you've got it backwards.

They are not doing it to please white people; they are indulging in their own hatred of Muslims. That is why the Zionist controlled West loves massive migration by Indians and why they get promoted to positions of power in media and politics. They are natural allies of the Zionists against Muslims.

Not sure I agree, the atmosphere has just made it more permissable for them to be useful

I can assure you, in an imaginary world where mr.grey loved Muslims, let's imagine, the same Patel's and sunaks would pretend to do the same.

There is no ideological or principled stance, it's all about pragmatic relativist positions

Happy to see taht the UK population gave a resounding NO! To Rushi Sunak and his Tory party. Looka like for Sunak, Braverman, Patel and other Tory politicians, vile anti muslim rhetoric havent helped them at all, maybe even pushed away more centric and moderate Tory voters.
Tories got kicked out by not doing anything they promised. This not not yes vote for labour but no vote for Tories.

I voted for Craig Murray but the Gaza vote was split between Independent
and workers party. Most people were saying that this will make Labour win.

It was a close one and thankfully Labour lost in my constituency.
Exactly, that's not strategy

South Asians have a pyramid society where it is allowed to treat someone «below» with contempt. Western Europe is far more egalitarian society. Germanic tribal societies were egalitarian already before European nation states were born.

Someone below is always brown, someone above probably White.

It's not a grand Indian conspiracy or anything of the sort, that would be a big misunderstanding

the independent and worker's party should have made a deal to work together in Blackburn (and across the country)
Not savvy enough, not swift enough, these guys let peasant and village issues get in the way, up north .... No disrespect to the lovely people up north

Bingo,, we need a strong functioning Pakistan

The migrant communities in the west who become disassociated from their culture, faith and home countries will find out the hard way same as the Jews in 1930s Germany

All those liberal atheistic mofo's are going to find out the hard way that dressings and acting like gora is not going to work and all the fair and lovely in the world won't make you one of them

The Pak government should put a large piece of land aside and invite Pakistani expats to live in, develop, run autonomously themselves, set up a model governance, rule of law to create a properous state which can reverse the brain drain by having pakistanis and of their heritage flock to create an advance economy. This model can then be replicated for the wider country to help rest of the country benefit.

Pak needs a functioning model which works and can give opportunity and hope for the wider population. Something like this also lets expats contribute to benefit the country and themselves.
