In Europe it’s the Poles that fear the Russians the most. In Poland’s mindset Putin’s hordes would kill all Poles until the last baby. Russia historic mission is always to have Germany as direct neighbor.
UK has bigger economy, it has nukes, there is an ocean in between. There is no risk unless they nuke each other to ashes.

Yeah, I said in Western Europe, that usually doesn't include Poland and Germany too. The British and Russians played the competing Great Empires Game against each other in Eurasia and North America for centuries. I think they dislike or even hate each other.

America, UK, France, Russia and some other like Japan are imperial powers. Their business is stealing other land, people and resources. Of course if there are 2 thieves wanting the same thing then they fight against each other.
