This isn't about punishing the perpetrator. This is an entirely different agenda. They started wars in predominantly Muslim countries. Their latest war against Iran has severely backlashed. It has had a profound impact on Western and world economies. Not to mention how Brexit has destroyed the British economy. The policies of Western leaders have failed their people. They have found a scapegoat, as they usually do. They believe that by shunning immigrants, Islam, and people of color, they can regain strength and glory. This will be an even bigger disaster than Brexit. Retreating from the world won't bring prosperity to Western countries.

I think time has come for the Global South to form a really strong bloc and invest in regional trade, commerce etc. The Global South is a magnificent bloc. It has resources and manpower. It has the ability to transform the entire region and its people. China definitely needs to take the lead here. The Global South cannot rely on Western countries.

On a side note, when I was in high school, every year there used to be an Honour Role list posted after final exams. The list had 10 names with the highest over all grade averages. Those top 10 names were always, and I meant through all the years I was in the school, they all used to be always kids from immigrant back grounds, either Brown/Arab/Asian/Chinese/Russian etc, I never once saw a Western white sounding name on that list.

Not that it matters, may be things were different in other schools. But that is what I saw. So I believe there might be a factor of jealousy too, because a lot of these racist old boomers have grand kids too.
