This is a czech guy. He did a social experiment , creating 3x CV, one as local Czech, one as a Polish and one as a Ukrainian.
Look at the discrimination Europeans face against each other .

A lot of these East Europeans are racist-wannabe goons trying to climb on the anti-Islam and anti-non-European bandwagon, only to get thrown under the same bandwagon they try to climb on.

I've noticed this trend more recent times. Encountered these types occasionally on social media. But once reminded of this reality, they get butt-hurt and whine.
