Interesting proposal. We should rotate the United Nations headquarters among member countries of the United Nations.

An impractical proposal in reality.

Frankly, the UN serves no purpose other than a few certain nations using their veto power to benefit certain other member nations and act as a global money laundering organization.

80% or more of Americans would love to see the UN move to someplace else. The UN will never have a meaningful impact on human politics as long as the permanent member security council vetoes exist. Reforms that would make a difference are getting rid of the permanent member security council vetoes, giving the security council the authority to suspend a country from the international banking and payments systems, and empowering the UN to collect a fixed percentage of each member nation's GDP or some measure of its international trade, say imports plus exports.

United Nations Security Council needs to be reformed. UNSC is really the victors of WW2.
