United Arab Emirates to quit oil cartel Opec

US wants to end the OPEC monopoly and UAE is 15 percent shared holder of OPEC. Now OPEC will be a dead organization.
Also, US and UAE, I am sure Israel also, they are raising army in Congo to takeover the rare mineral resources'. As you know Congo is the most richest country but...............
UAE and Kuwait also analyzing if its worth to stay in OPEC or will of US. If OPEC breaks, then price control will be gone.

OPEC was already on the decline as oil reserves deplete and the world slowly but gradually moves away from oil as primary energy source. At current rate it would be defunct within next 25-30 years. Makes sense that UAE would want to leave OPEC and cashin on their oil reserves as much and as quickly as it can.

Can we expect the US, Venezuela and the UAE to setup their own OPEC?
In fact, the United States has already established a U.S.-led oil organization, but the influence of this organization is limited.

Asia is the largest oil-importing region. Transporting oil from the U.S. and Venezuela to Asia has no cost advantage.

Apart from Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea, no other countries are willing to give up cheap energy from the Middle East and Russia, including India.

The reason is simple: for Asian countries, choosing to buy U.S.-led oil offers less political benefit than economic benefit. Especially after the U.S. fails to achieve victory in war, it has already lost most of its control over the Asian region.

The situation of European countries has become even more vulnerable. Trump would prohibit India from purchasing Russian energy to sell to Europe. The U.S. controls the energy, and Europe needs to buy U.S.-led energy. This will further exacerbate the decline of the European economy. We can consider that the U.S. is harvesting the European economy.

UAE is empty and they are now getting desperate

they need more money because tourism is dead

so now they want to go back to oil and pump more

this will put them into a political situation with Saudi Arabia

which will in true damage relationship with Pakistan

UAE is a proper Israeli whore
The United Arab Emirates has chosen to be friends with the United States and Israel.

The UAE has already put itself on the gambling table, and the UAE itself is a chip for the United States and Israel.

"Being an enemy of the United States is dangerous, but being an ally of the United States is deadly." This sentence was said by former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. In fact, the United States acts in this way.

If Epstein's coalition wins the war, what can the UAE gain? Israel's proxy? That is an impossible scenario, as other countries will not allow the U.S. to have complete control over the Middle East.

If Epstein's coalition loses the war, the U.S. can withdraw, Israel can change regimes and pretend to be peace lovers, and the UAE will lose everything.

The best choice now is to remain neutral. I cannot understand why the UAE accepts such a gamble with such a seriously imbalanced mix of benefits and risks.

Zayed united all the Emirates in defiance of Saudi Arabia.

Ironic if UAE wouldn't last a 100 years only to be swallowed up by Saudi.

UAE wants to sell more oil to make up for its financial crisis because of the war, that much is obvious.

No, oil has tons of by products besides fuel and in certain industries there's no economically viable alternate fuel coming on the horizon to replace oil, it will be around for a long time and hold it's value, at least another 50 years if not longer.

Confused like Pakistanis thought "TTP are our confused brothers"?

I don’t see a connection between them. You do know how TTP came about . If it wasn’t for General Mushraf failure to halt all US drone strikes on our Fata villages killing hundreds of our people TTP monster would not have happened.at all

The connection is our understanding of their intentions. They win our sympathy all the while when they are busy listening to enemies and carrying out their agenda.

Ilaka ghair and its criminals always existed, they just took a name and a religious cover and US invasion of afghanistan provided them with an excuse.

Arab states are known to back stab each other. Why is this such a big surprise what Emirates are doing The mistake they done is doing it publicly.

This has Israel written all over it. Give it sometime, they'll get UAE to do their bidding against Iran/Saudi. In my opinion, i won't be surprised if in medium term, Saudi decides send UAE back to stone age, Iran may fancy some of the land/islands etc. Pakistan will likely be part of it too. I hope we get the best pie!

If you have investments in UAE, time to reconsider me thinks.
"I hope we get the best pie!"

Its about time Karachi Port and Gwadar Port see glory. Pakistani port cities suffered while UAE went up.

It could be a blessing for developing countries as this will definitely pull the prices down. For all we know, oil would be traded at $60 when the strait opens.

Sudanese and Somalis are not Arabs yar, they are Africans. Emirates hasn't backstabbed Arabs only, they have spreading mischief in other regions including Pakistan.

I feel UAE has been given some concrete assurances from Tel Aviv and Washington DC, they know that Arabs were practically useless against Iran attacks, and all the countries such as Bahrain and Kuwait and KSA were using American systems and possibly American operators to use those systems, UAE is small and have little to no local population so they want to align themselves with powerful players which are America and Israel.
This mistake will cost them dearly.
All Saudi has to do is take out their leadership in one single, properly planned and executed, strike and that's about it. Yanks/Zios won't sacrifice their soldiers, and UAE has practically no population (natives as low as 1:10) that will rise up. With no Nukes and known defence pacts involved, I'm sure many will fancy their chances.
