For every 100 women born, there are 105 men born. Also, these days there is a lot of infertility and couples use OPK to have kids. The US imports a lot of immigrants. In terms of births in the US, way more boys are born than girls. OPK times sex near ovulation which favors conceiving boys, which already had a ratio of 105 to 100 compared to girls without OPK usage. With OPK usage it's like at least 110 boys to 100 girls, if not more.
