Lets see how it works out. A part of peace treaty may be ukraine agreeing to never join NATO.

It's gonna be ceasefire on Russian terms. Zelensky wouldn't tell but he is tired now. He is just waiting someone to end this without exposing his ego.
Trump will Ukraine on the table with Russia. Ukraine will never join NATO.

You cannot create a new Senate Precedent unless you pass a bill to amend the Senate Procedure, and if you are going directly on Senate Rule (like changing it and such) then you don't just need supermajority, as you are trying to pass an amendment to the constitution. You will then need supermajority of State, House and Senate to approve to pass an amendment of the constitution.

You can't challenge the filibuster clause unless you can cloture the filibuster on the filibuster.

Obama tried once in 2013, and failed, I think he manage to get some "Time-Limits" debate on senate floor using nuclear option, but those are non-verbal procedural issue, like house budget or confirmation. Anyone can still filibuster a bill and if it does, then you will need 60 senators to shut the debate down.

It's a lot easier to kill a bill than to pass a bill in the US. That's just how it goes.

It could be true about Biden or Kamala. But Trump is the man who likes to take charge and change the situation. He is not a weak president. He is a man with Ego and honor. He will never let CIA hands free without his permission.

He can't do that directly.

POTUS incharge of domestic issue. Not foreign policy, he can dictate term to how government act on foreign policy, but he can't make foreign policy in his own term

He can ask McConnell (or whoever is senate leader now, think he is stepping down) to not table any Ukraine measure, but the past 61 billions bill will still stand, he can't void that bill unless he get 60 senator to do that, that bill was supposed to last Ukraine until 2026 then EU can take over.

US Arms shippment to Ukraine WILL continue, until the 61 billions run dry. Unless GOP manage to amend the congress Ukraine acts bill, again, you need 60 senators to do that.

About topic. Trump slowly built a reputation of peace loving President who took brave decision to end the war on Afghanistan and overseas. His main focus was to counter China and Russia. Despite Biden talking about peace, If I was to sum up his performance in one sentence, He ignored all the social norms, the lessons of morality, human rights and used unlimited resources of American taxpayers to support the genocide conducted by his friends in Israel and bursted the bubble of America being the champion of peace. He gave legitimacy to Russian invasion of Ukraine by supporting the genocide in Palestine and criminal acts of Israel in Lebanon, Iran and Iraq.
