The 'skilled worker' visa is the biggest scam going. It provides cheaper labor to companies who bribe politicians to keep the scam going.

I have already written elsewhere how 95 of the so-called skilled IT migrants (from most developing countries) would not pass a freshman year computer science test. It is trivially easy to get 'on paper' degrees and experience in these developing countries to score a 'skilled migrant' visa to the West.

In my tech field, an Indian manager will try to fill the project with (under-qualified) Indians, same for Filipino, Vietnamese, Chinese, Greek, etc. I never worked in a predominantly Latino or African-American tech shop but I have heard of non-tech places in the US where a non-Latino person would feel alone and out of place.

Non-whites in the West are allowed to blatantly indulge in racial, religious, or other forms of nepotism but whites would be called out for it.
