Correct. It was about China. Hollywood caved because they didn't want to lose access to Chinese markets. I'm sure the Obama Administration was feeling some pressure as well.

Have no doubt the Obama administration was pressured along with the studio head brass But as always it comes down to the almighty dollar, and the dollar one.
I obviously had no skin in the game, but I would have loved to have turned around and said no. The enemy will still be portrayed as the Chinese state too. F****** bad

There is similar film called Tomorrow when the war begins. The Chinese apparently invade Australia and teens get together to fight back. Except they never say its the Chinese except the bad guys all speak chinese lol.

Agree about Jennifer grey I wanted to mention it because I wanted to say WOLVERINES and honestly you actually watched a remake of a B movie at best not saying I didn’t love the movie myself but if we rewatch it today it doesn’t hold up Rambo First Blood does……last 2 are just cheesy stupid fun blow it up moviesThe remake was horrible. Especially after they reworked it to make North Korea the enemy.
Jennifer Grey was so damn hot in the original.

Agree a lot more racism back than there is today….not many women in politics…homosexuals…people of different faith and so on
Not saying I’m for or against the guy but American politics have been in the deep pockets of foreign and corporate pockets maybe it’s time we have people who aren’t taking money from people and groups like musk,adelsons,any fake kings or dictators,bezos of the world and yes aipac this country used to be We the People of the United States now we are being led by foreign and corporate powers

So sometimes I do like reading your funnier posts and yeah not a fan of Kamala but sometimes your news sounds more fake than real if FOX news has never reported any of this(which I take their “news” with a grain of salt these days) I’m fairly sure this is just made up sensational fake news from random sites no offense but come on even you can’t believe all of this stuff

like I said not a fan of Kamala not because she did anything it’s because she didn’t do anything at all same with JD could be likable he’s pointed out a few things in public but even he won’t go to far without fear of Trump or what people may do to him and his family

so hong lost again I’m not really big on politics I think politicians are all scum unless they actually back their words with action very few do if any actually do the things they say they will do for the average American but if we look at the vote in Wisconsin and how close Hung came to winning it shows you that the younger generation is fed up with broken promises of the tired elite and honestly I think the younger generation of republicans feel the same way many of them are tired of the same old face that doesn’t do anything but talk out of their behinds
