Probably not the Senate, but if they get the house, there's going to be 2 years of massive oversight
Which by the way, isn't a bad thing, Congress is supposed to provide oversight and they've seeded that virtually completely for the last couple of years

I can promise you if the dems take the house (not likely to happen) none of that they will do. They will shout and scream that Orangeman is the antichrist and repeat what they did doing his first term and if they do have oversight hearings nobody is going to care because they will use it to score points of which will not work. Congressional dems know 2028 will not be good for them.

The US has long been a failed state when it comes to elections. Anyone can vote without ID. Some states even ban ID.
