There are nothing to be done in this.

Playing Dirty Politics are not illegal and is allowed, as JD Vance said, IF THIS IS TRUE, this is morally wrong and he hope that the Voter of Alaska would punish the Dem candidate if this is true by not voting it, but it's not illegal even if it's Peltola actually doing what NYT claim.

This is because to be able to commit election fraud this way, it would hinge on whether or not Dan Jr would be able to intentionally confuse the Ballot with Dan Sullivan, which the Supreme Court of Alaska has already opined on. If the Supreme Court believe the name will not be able to confuse the voting roll, then you can never have a fraud case. It's the same as simple fraud. If it's already judged that there are no confusion, then there are no way you can go with anything that come from said "Confusion" as it does not exist.

If Dirty Politics are not allowed, then Gerrymandering should have been illegal a long time ago.......
